协议概述
欢迎使用越跑（以下简称"本应用"）。本协议是您与本应用之间就使用本应用服务所订立的协议。请您仔细阅读本协议，您访问或使用本应用即表示您同意接受本协议的所有条款和条件。
账号注册与使用
- 您可以通过电子邮箱注册账号，或使用Google、Apple账号登录
- 您应当提供真实、准确、完整的个人资料，并在资料发生变更时及时更新
- 您应当妥善保管账号密码，因账号密码保管不当造成的损失由您自行承担
- 您可以随时注销账号，注销后我们将删除与您账号相关的所有数据
第三方平台数据同步
关于第三方平台（如Garmin等）数据同步，您同意：
- 本应用仅在获得您的明确授权后，才会从第三方平台获取您的运动数据
- 您可以随时取消与第三方平台的数据同步授权
- 取消授权后，我们将删除从该平台获取的所有数据
- 第三方平台的数据同步可能受到该平台服务条款的限制
用户行为规范
使用本应用时，您同意：
- 遵守相关法律法规
- 不从事任何可能损害本应用系统或数据的行为
- 不利用本应用从事任何违法或不当行为
- 不侵犯其他用户或第三方的合法权益
数据存储与保护
- 登录用户的运动数据将存储在我们的服务器上
- 我们采用行业标准的安全措施保护您的数据
- 您可以随时导出或删除您的数据
- 注销账号后，我们将删除您的所有数据
服务变更与终止
我们保留以下权利：
- 在必要时修改或终止服务
- 在合理范围内修改本协议内容
- 对违反协议的账号采取限制或终止措施
免责声明
本应用不对以下情况承担责任：
- 因不可抗力导致的服务中断或数据丢失
- 第三方平台的服务质量或数据准确性
- 用户因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的任何间接损失

Terms of Service
Overview
Welcome to RunRise (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). This agreement constitutes the terms of service between you and the App regarding your use of our services. Please read this agreement carefully, as your access to or use of the App indicates your acceptance of all terms and conditions herein.
Account Registration and Usage
- You can register an account using your email address or sign in with Google or Apple accounts
- You should provide true, accurate, and complete personal information, and update it promptly when changes occur
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You can delete your account at any time, after which we will delete all data associated with your account
Third-Party Platform Data Synchronization
Regarding third-party platform (such as Garmin) data synchronization, you agree that:
- The App will only obtain your fitness data from third-party platforms with your explicit authorization
- You can cancel data synchronization with third-party platforms at any time
- After cancellation, we will delete all data obtained from that platform
- Third-party platform data synchronization may be subject to that platform's terms of service
User Conduct
While using the App, you agree to:
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in any activities that may harm the App's system or data
- Not use the App for any illegal or improper purposes
- Not infringe upon the legitimate rights of other users or third parties
Data Storage and Protection
- Fitness data of logged-in users will be stored on our servers
- We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data
- You can export or delete your data at any time
- All your data will be deleted upon account deletion
Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or terminate services when necessary
- Modify this agreement within reasonable scope
- Restrict or terminate accounts that violate this agreement
Disclaimer
The App is not liable for:
- Service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure
- The service quality or data accuracy of third-party platforms
- Any indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use our services
